Scissor type triple-lift mobile robot (AGV)

The AGV is used for the lifting and assembly of the chassis and body of the car in the assembly workshop of the main engine factory. Based on the trackless characteristics of the mobile robot, the mobile robot assembly system has the highest flexibility. The AGV line can be flexibly adjusted according to the process requirements. In particular, it can meet the needs of the current mixed lines of multiple models in automobile factories. The AGV is the most complex mobile robot product. It not only needs to accurately control its own walking, but also interlock with the production line, and more importantly, it needs to be combined with the body assembly process. According to the number of lifts on the mobile robot, it can be divided into single lift, double lift, triple lift, quad lift, etc. Combined with two different lifts: scissor lift and roller type lift, it can be further divided into: single roller lift, scissor single lift, roller double lift, scissor double lift, scissor triple lift, scissor four lift, etc.
